Sharing documents virtually on 2Shoes is a great way to save time, money, and the environment, by not printing. Not only can you, as an organizer or presenter, upload files but you can share links as well. The current single file upload size is 100MB.
- First login to the 2Shoes app.
- On either the Edit Event or Edit Session page, scroll down to the bottom and click Attach File.
- Click Choose a File to upload a document from your computer. Once completed scroll down to the bottom and click Update Event/Session
- These documents will now be accessible to all attendees on both the web-based and native applications using the Event or Session Code
Best Practice: When you create a presenter profile and tag them to a session, the app will allow them to upload their documents at any time to that presentation. Make sure your presenters know how to do this so it saves you the trouble of doing this minutes before the session occurs.
